Bonjour, Très bon service de Caroline, Le vr était parfait . Très chanceux qu’elle accepte les chiens mais n’oubliez pas de faire votre ramassage de poil de chien avant de remettre le vr au proprio ….elle accepte les chiens alors soyez gentil de ramasser….c’est tellement rare qu’il accepte les animaux. Excellente expérience. Caroline est très bien organisé, elle fournit énormément d’information afin de nous assurer un beau voyage. Il est facile de communiquer avec elle et elle est compréhensive. Le motorisé est de 2010, alors il ne faut pas s’attendre à un véhicule à l’état neuf. Quelques petits bricolage maison ici et là avec du duck tape, mais tout fonctionne parfaitement ! J’ai atteint l’objectif que je m’étais fixé, à savoir est-ce possible de partir en vacances pour une semaine avec un micro-camper : eh bien oui ! Merci Caroline :-)

Pour une première expérience, ce fut parfait! Le véhicule est facile à conduire voire agréable. Nous étions des habitués de la tente et quoique de finition non commerciale, le promaster nous a ravi. Tout est là sans se sentir à l'étroit. Nous y avons vécu 1 beau mois complet! Que des éloges pour Caroline qui nous a non seulemnt bien présenté tous les aspects du véhicule, mais nous a aussi fourni trucs et astuces pour le voyage. Très attentive à l'expérience de ses clients, nous sommes partis bien rassurés qu'elle était accessible en tout temps si nous avions besoin d'un conseil ou en cas de pépin. Qualité globale qui a dépassé nos attentes.

Dealing with Caroline was a pleasure. The vehicle ran without a hitch. The pop-up camper was very practical and served our needs as hoped for on a 10 day tour of Southern Ontario.

The Roadtrek was the perfect choice for a fabulous mother-daughter trip to Forillon National Park on the Gaspé Peninsula, and Caroline was the ultimate host. In addition to a great in-person tutorial, she provided us with a very useful customized RV guide and checklist, tips on saving water and energy, a list of useful Apps and websites, and extra perks like a 5 gallon tank of fresh water, a zip-tied first aid kit, even a surprise gift in the refrigerator! The RV itself was very clean, very comfortable, well equipped, well maintained, easy to drive, and had plenty of storage space. We has a blast and wouldn't hesitate to rent from Caroline again. Merci!

This was our first time doing anything RV related and Caroline made it so easy! She was supportive from the beginning and did an excellent job prepping us for the road trip. We had a great weekend with the camper van. Caroline is an amazing host with her van. She is extremely well organized with excellent communication skills. We felt fully confident using the camper as she thoroughly explains and demonstrates how everything functions prior to your departure. She answered all of our questions and was very helpful with a cheerful demeanor. I would highly recommend renting from her as her vehicle was in excellent working condition and she literally thought of every detail possible to ensure your camping adventures would be simple and nothing would be missed in case of an emergency, etc. Thank you very much fpr your hospitality Caroline! You are a superstar in this domain. Cheers

The Roadtrek was an excellent choice for our camping vacation. Cozy bed, toilet and fridge were A+. The solar panel was indispensable. Merci Caroline until next time.

This was our first RV experience and our host was amazing. She was excellent to communicate with, professional and reliable. The vehicle was in great condition and we were well informed on what to do while on the road and setting up. The vehicle was equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this host, it was a fantastic experience.

We had a wonderful time in Caroline's camper van! She was very helpful and took the time to explain everything to us thoroughly prior to leaving and always replied quickly to any messages. The van was exactly as described and was a wonderful home on wheels for our trip. We had no issues and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend booking with her! Thanks for the amazing trip in the Roadtrek!
