About Naomi

Naomi was great to deal with but we had a few issues and I want to be accurate in my review. After picking up the trailer and going through it, I realized that the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned properly. Once I realized that, I was concerned of the cleanliness of the entire trailer based on Covid cleaning from use to use. I felt that I needed to give the entire trailer a thorough clean to ensure all doorknobs and cupboards were properly sanitized. I would have expected this to be done before we picked the trailer up. Also, all cupboards were full of ‘stuff’ so there was nowhere to put food. I ended up taking things out of some of the cupboards to make room for our things. I feel that if it’s being rented out, some personal possessions should have been removed - for example, a kids backpack, a large fishing box, almost empty cleaning supplies. I also would suggest maybe a checklist be provided besides the quick training that Naomi provided just to make set up and put down a little easier and less confusing.

Great weekend with this trailer. Naomi and her husband were great, delivered and picked up the trailer, stocked with everything we needed. Thanks again!
