David is an incredible host. He replies to your messages extremely fast and helps the best he knows how if there is a problem. The reason I am giving this rental a 3 is because of the condition of the trailer itself. It is not in good condition at all. The floor is spongy and feels like it is going to fall through, the water tanks smell horrible making the water almost not usable. The batteries need replacing. At one point in our trip there was an electrical short and we lost function of all the lights, fridge, hot water and ability to bring in the awning. We had to google how to do it manually. The trailer is in serious need of some TLC.

Owner was awesome, great communication, trailer was perfect fit for us. I would recommend anyone to use his trailer. Thank you for everything.
