Bill H.Jul 2018Ralph was great. Easy to communicate with, very punctual and very patient as we had the initial 4 to 7 pin connection issues that we solved. Silver Shadow came back with clean linen and all vacuumed out which was very unexpected but appreciated. Looking forward to renting out the silver shadow to Ralph and Kelly Lee again.
