I am sorry to state here that, this is the first time I had a bad experience with the client. I have provided this client with a compliment night with this booking. The client had brought a huge quantity of luggage, including kids' bikes. The kid's bike carried inside the unit. The client broke a number of small things and was not taking responsibility. They returned messy unit and not emptying the holding tanks but arguing that have emptied the tank irrespective I show them the meter reading that tank has held. Toilet was messy with feces unflushed. One of the front wheel caps was broken and initially, the client was not taking responsibility however he agreed that its broke. I am claiming the wheel simulator, they do not comes single piece, I found one on amazon 195.32 plus tax. I will also charge the client dumbing cost. I am not charging for other things and will be more careful about renting in the future.
