Tanya D.Aug 2022We loved our weekend. Due to the previous renters a few things were broken which was out of the owners control but you can tell they take good care of their camper. Everything was working perfectly, the outside kitchen was a nice addition. Boys loved the bunk room. Pick up and drop off was easy to arrange. Owners very friendly and quick to reply. We would rent again!

Josee was very responsive to our communications and was able to get us out of a jam due to our booking with someone else being cancelled at the last minute. As novice RV renters we could have used a little more direction on what was needed to transport such a big trailer and to set it up properly. Although we were not charged for the trailer hitch and sway bar package we were surprised when we were told this is usually an extra $200 charge especially since it was specific to the type of RV. It was also missing parts which was only discovered when we arrived to pick up the trailer and we had no choice but drive it without the sway bars in place. In spite of these issues we would recommend the RV but caution other renters to check work out the details first.

The original booking voucher had the wrong address on it and the host didn't specify that or provide a different address till we arrived. This was my first time renting through RVezy and the host didn't provide much detail on what was required in terms of pre and post inspections of the trailer.
