About Tim

The trailer was just what we needed for our first camping trip together as a family of 3 ! Tim was great to deal with throughout all the steps.

This was our first time renting a trailer from rvezy, so needless to say, we were excited. When we received the trailer, and started packing, our first impression was that it was charming, like an older cottage. Although there were some things that needed repairs.(the blinds, upper cupboards needed doors and the the step for the door was not working, so a homemade step was made to replace it. All of these things we could live with. The problem was when we arrived at the site, we noticed the black tank was at full(so it wasn’t emptied before we used the trailer) the anti-Freeze was still coming out of the taps, so it was still winterized. The pump for the water wasn’t working properly, so my husband had to fix that as well. It worked for our week at long point: Kept us dry, and gave us air conditioning and light. But I would encourage the owner to be sure to go through the checklist and ensure that everything is in working order; when you spend nearly $1000, it should be a given. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this trailer, unless changes are made.

Great renters and always kept us informed if something wasn't right so we could make it right. Will definately rent to them again given the chance.
