Deshana was very responsive and accommodating to some date changes. Trailer was as described, very clean, easy to set up, and a dream to tow. Would recommend anyone to rent from Deshana.

Great little trailer, nicely setup. Craig was wonderful to deal with, highly recommend and we may well rent this unit again.

Nice people but late on delivery arrival and pickup.

Deshana and Craig were kind and prompt to communicate with. The Hummingbird was the perfect fit for our little family of 4, and it kept us dry during a rainy trip. Well equipped, as mentioned, with all cooking tools. We rented some extra supplies with no trouble. Clean and well maintained. Very nice family to rent from.

We had an amazing stay in the hummingbird trailer. Spent a few days in Tofino without our kids for a recharge and were so comfortable that we slept a shocking 11 hours most nights. Booking the RV was a breeze and customer service far exceeded our expectations. We definitely hope to book again in the future.

Great RV experience offered from a really nice family. The RV had everything we needed. They even asked if anything was missing that they could add to the RV. The air conditioning was nice and the outside kitchen was very hand. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Parry’s RV was great too!

We had a great week and thoroughly enjoyed the RV. It was delivered on time, we were provided an orientation to the unit, and it was picked up at the agreed upon time. The RV was very comfortable and in good working order. The outside cooking area generated comments from a number of other campers walking by. All in all, a great experience!

The camper itself was great, very clean and comfortable. We were dry camping with no hookups so I can not speak to the full experience at a site with complete electricity and water. The owners were timely, friendly and nice to to deal with. I felt comfortable renting the camper during the pandemic as it was so clean. There is a sani dumping fee but only #1’s allowed, so maybe consider if that add-on is worth it to you since you will be visiting the outhouses anyways. On another note when it comes to RVezy, they were a bit of a nightmare to deal with. We have rented RV’s before directly from the owner and we would go that way again instead of RVezy. They quoted us just over $500 when we booked and then we found an unapproved random extra charge to our credit card of over $200 the evening before our trip with no explanation which was really frustrating. No one called to explain the situation to us but they claimed their app had glitched and quoted us wrong so they had to add the $225 extra charge. It put us in a frustrating situation because this happened less than 12 hours before leaving for our trip. We chose to rent the unit for a certain amount and being told the night before leaving that it was “actually” $200+ on top of that was unacceptable. We would not have rented the unit to dry camp for 3 days for over $700 if they had been transparent about the entire cost. The owners mentioned that RVezy did this to the previous renters as well. After back and fourth with RVezy for the entire duration of our trip, they finally agreed to refund me the unapproved charges. It all worked out, but the headache was unwelcome, especially during vacation. Zero complaints about the trailer or experience with the owners, I would give RVezy no stars though and will not use them again.
