About Mark

This was my first time doing a camper RV and thanks to Mark, we have had a 5-star pleasant experience. Mark is well versed in camping and RVing and knows his camper inside out (obviously), easy going and made things simple and easy for me to understand and implement. He walked me through the steps thoroughly and gave me a lot of tips, and we had a few laughs too. He was also available throughout the rental duration for any questions/assistance. Thank you Mark for such an experience, I am definitely coming back again.

It was an excellent experience for us to rent the Prolite Profile 14 from Mark through RVezy. Before we picked up the rig, I sent Mark many questions, and he gave me detailed answers. In order to ensure the 7-pin trailer connector on my towing car had signals and power outputs, I bought a 7-pin LED Circuit Tester from Princess Auto. However, the tester could not make the test correctly. The car dealer told me that the tester could provide proper load to the 7-pin. I called Mark and he let me use his rig to test the 7-pin signals and power. When we picked up the RV, Mark gave us a very detail walk-through. Everything that he told us was used during the RV camping trip, and is very useful for the people first time RVing. Prolite Profile 14 is a small and very conformable rig. With it, we experienced our first time RV life, and enjoyed the trip very much! Thanks Mark for preparing everything in detail for us to rent his RV, and thanks RVezy for making RV renting easy.

We rented Mark and Christina's Prolite Profile from August 14-22, 2020. Everything was absolutely perfect. We were first time RVers. Mark was great to deal with. He provided thorough instructions prior to departure and responsive support during our trip. The camper itself was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed as a family of three. There are many well thought-out extras included; pride of ownership is obvious. We loved every minute of our time spent with this RV. Thank you, Mark & Christina, for everything.
