Great RV for small family. Kari was super friendly and assisted every time I have problems. We love how this compact RV still has two double beds without needing to fold the dining table down. That gives lots of space.

Kari and Shea were very nice and helpfully for any concerns we had. Communication was very clear. Unfortunately, I had issue with my brake controller , but Shea put our stress away by offering trailer pickup service from camping site with reasonable charge. Really appreciate theirs help and 5 start service. Will definitely rent from them again.

The owner of this trailer was very knowledgable and was willing to help and advise the whole weekend if I needed any help to figure out how to work something. The pick up went smoothly. He showed me how to work everything from the furnace to the awning and everything in between. We had one small issue with the trailer while we were camping. He helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone and once we figured out the issue, which turned out to be a fuse, he was going to deliver the new fuse to the campground for us. He had all kinds of experience with camping and towing and I felt completely comfortable renting his trailer. In the end one of my camping buddies has a fuse that was the right size. The owner was so appreciative that I saved him the trip!

This was our first time renting an RV and we had a fabulous time. Kari was so easy to deal with and communication before and during the trip was seamless. The trailer was equipped with everything we needed and more and it was the perfect size for our small family. We would definitely rent from Kari again and highly recommend to others.
