Tom and the camper were great , we will definitely rent again

Tom was great to work with! We live 3.5 hours away from our destination (Mosport race track) so our arrival/departure times were flexible. Tom did a fantastic job accommodating us. He got us set up, was very thorough on how everything worked, where everything was, etc. The trailer was clean and well stocked with everything we would need.

Tom was excellent to deal with. He responded very quickly to all of my questions and inquiries. I have to say that the whole process with Tom from start to finish was better than we had expected. 5 Star for Tom !

This is our second time renting The Hideout. Tom is great to work with and the trailer is always super clean and comfy!

Tom was really easy to deal with and explained the trailer thoroughly upon pick up. It was perfect for our 3 night getaway! What we really enjoyed the most was the outdoor kitchen cooking space. We were looking for a few days away from the hustle and bustle of the city to spend time with our 3 kids, all 5 of us fit easily in the RV and it was the right size for us. Having an outdoor kitchen with the RV was definitely an asset - it made things really convenient. The RV was well maintained, clean and safe. Tom the owner was a true gentleman, he was in constant contact with us and was really responsive throughout our rental. We were inexperienced as this was only our second rental so the fact he was readily available for general questions and answers was a huge comfort for us! We were really pleased with the overall experience and would highly recommend Tom's RV to anyone - we will be renting again!
