Michele was a great renter. She took care of the trailer as if it was her own and was easy to communicate with. Would definitely rent to her again.

Michele and Matt were great to work with, very knowledgeable with our trailer. Everything ran smoothly, It was a great experience!

Matt and Michelle were wonderful to deal with. There was some issues with the RV over the week-end, Matt and I had made a decision that he would forego the torsion bars. That turned out to be a mistake, after they went underway he realized that they were in fact required and he verified with me about having them installed. I agreed and would absorb the cost which is $113.00. The after inspection went well, there was some damage to the trailer that they reported, 1 being the tongue jack missing the foot plate, as well as the front left stabilizer jack has buckled. The estimated cost of repairing the jack is $327.00plus HST. I'm waiting for the estimate on replacing the stabilizer leg jack or stabilizer kit, however estimate at this time are roughly $600.00. Michell and I have started discussions on the cost and repairs. I will update tomorrow (wednesday july 5th) when I have more definitive cost estimates. In the interim I will purchase manual stabilizer jacks. Den
