Very nice family! Accommodations were clean and they provided us with a canopy! Had a great trip with no hassle!

We had a good stay - mediocre/average. It didn’t start off great because delivery was almost two hours late and on one of the hottest days. The set up was really fast with very rushed instructions on how to actually operate anything. With the late delivery the fridge didn’t get cold enough to transfer our groceries into it until the next day and the air conditioning took a while to cool the trailer off. The trailer was not levelled properly and we were told if we wanted it levelled differently we could just do it ourselves - even though we paid for the delivery and set up. Half the lights did not work in the trailer or they would work one day and not the next. We were told the awning was damaged but they didn’t have time to fix it - it was fine though and we used it with no issues. The air conditioning doesn’t sense temperature. It just keeps blowing and although refreshing and cool during the hot days, it was noisy and got too cold in the night. We were also told the lights to indicate whether the tanks were full did not work. Understanding that with covid there are some things that are not offered however we had absolutely NOTHING. This wasn’t our first time renting an RV during covid but it’s definitely the first time we paid for an RV that offered absolutely no utensils, pots, or dishes - disposable or not. The worst was that we were told on the day of delivery that we had to supply all of that ourselves. When we saw the ad there was no mention of there not being any supplies. The trailer needs some repairs and a good deep clean. I don’t think the floors were mopped leading me to believe it definitely wasn’t sanitized to meet the standards of covid…yet there were no kitchen supplies because of covid. On the plus side, it was four walls, the stove worked and the beds were comfortable.

We were happy with the trailer when it came to its size and space for our family of 6! It was a great set up. My only complaint would be, that it could have been cleaner upon arrival but other than that, we really enjoyed using Matt’s trailer! Super happy with the communication, drop off & pick up!! We would definitely rent from Matt again! Thanks

They are the best hosts a girl like me (with 4 kids by herself ) could ask for ! Go with this rental - you will not be disappointed. Thank you Matt and Jaime !
