Connie & Jayson were quick to reply whenever I had questions. The walk through was thorough. They were kind & considerate enough to let us borrow their hitch even though it was super short notice of us letting them know & also with the pick up and drop off time. The RV is clean & in good condition w/ minor wear & tear. The description in the app reflects the RV. Overall, we had a great camping experience.
