About Michael

We had an excellent experience with Mike! He was very accomodating when we had to adjust our time to meet for instructions about the trailer, and was great showing us how to set everything up and then allowing us to "put it all back together" while he was there so we could address any questions or concerns. He walked us through the hookup and gave us the use of his hitch which was fabulous! Mike is very personable and was very accessible, he even checked in to make sure everything was good to go as this was our first time renting a tent trailer :). The trailer had everything we needed - games, chairs, axe (much better than the hatchet I had packed!) dining tent and a bbq! We had brought our own dishes but there were some available in the trailer if needed. This trip was an attempt to get my husband to try out and enjoy camping and I am pleased to say it was a success! Mike was a pleasure to rent from and we would definitely do so again!

Perfect vacation! This was our first towing and trailer experience and it won't be our last! The owner responded to our questions quickly and provided great instructions and tips. This trailer was perfect for our family trip! We actually had another tailer booking lined up and it canceled the night before, we found Michael Jay's trailer last minute and he was super quick in his response! The trailer was clean, totally set up with pretty much everything you could need and easy to set up. Definitely recommend. Thanks so much!

Micheal was fantastic to deal with - he was very accommodating with the return of the trailer as our plans unexpectedly changed. The trailer was clean and in excellent condition, and included a lot of extras that was very useful for our family trip. We had a great experience with Michael-Jay and the Family Oasis. He responded promptly to our rental request and all subsequent messages. He went out of his way to accommodate a pick up time. He was careful to take ample time for instructions and questions. The RV was in great condition and included lots of additional items from lounge chairs to games for our use. Also made himself available during our vacation for questions if needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent the Family Oasis again!

Our first experience of renting a tent trailer was truly amazing! The owner was extremely accommodating and took the time to walk through the entire process, even showing us how to set up and take down the trailer and providing other amenities like games, tarps, electrical cables and portable lanterns to ensure we wouldn’t be left out in the rain! The trailer was clean, bright and spacious, easy to pull with our Subaru and was well maintained. Thanks to this tent trailers owner we’re hooked on the camp trailer life style!

Good size trailer that fit our family of 4 perfectly. New and everything in working condition. Pick up and delivery went smoothly.
