Ingram is a unique guy you should meet him, he can give you a quick and complete guide if you are an RV newbie like me. I called him couple of times after 10pm and he was so cooperative. The RV is so clean and almost brand new. Everything was amazing. I loved it, my kids loved it, I wish I had an extra time to spend but definitely I will book it again very soon. Thanks Ingram for giving us an opportunity to rent your RV , It was a great experience ! The issue that we had is the battery draining even in 1 night next morning it won’t start , hopefully He get this sort out because its very inconvenient . The RV is easy to drive , Ingram always pick up when I have a question , I suggest to take a video when u pick up the RV while he explains on how to operate the RV . Took this RV from Toronto - Quebec - New Brunswick - Nova Scotia - PEI . Hope you guys have an opportunity to rent this RV as well . Safe Travel Everyone. !

Rating is 5 stars because the RV allowed us to have a wonderful vacation to the Maritimes with our 2 young kids. However, there were some major issues. - The ad advertises the wrong model. This RV is the Redhawk and not Greyhawk so some of the features listed in the amenities were missing. - It was brought to our attention that the bathroom door jams occasionally but it was every time. We had to do half our trip leaving the door open but it would squeak while swinging when we drove. Eventually, we got sick of the squeak or getting trapped inside the bathroom so we replaced the door handle. He did reimburse the cost of it from our total. - The interior of the RV was dirty. It was not noticeable during the quick orientation but as we were packing in the drawers had hair and dust inside and the bunks were not vacuumed. The counter was sticky and the kitchen sink was not cleaned. - It does not come with levelling jacks or levelling blocks. Be careful where you stop because it can affect the draining of water in the shower and the slideout. You have to push the slideout on top while having someone hold the open button because it is off balance due to constant opening and closing when not levelled. - The battery still needed boosting a few times as per the previous review because the RV tends to use the cab battery and the engine battery even when plugged into the campsite for some reason with all the 12V plugs disconnected and the head unit turned off. Needs some tweaking to figure out the issue behind it so definitely take Roadside to help boost the vehicle. - The RV doesn't come with WiFi. The amenities list is not exactly accurate. Also, if you are looking for campsites, 30-Amps would be just fine since the RV doesn't come with a 50-Amp adapter. The black tank hose also doesn't have the proper adapter so you have to be careful to secure it when dumping so that it doesn't jump back up. - The sensors for the grey and black tank levels are not accurate because they are clogged but not that big of a deal as long as you empty out the tanks at the campsites. - Expect high fuel economy just like any RV. It is a big 6.7L V10 engine so during our entire trip with the RV loaded, we got about 25.53L/100km doing 110km/h through various elevations just to give you an idea. All in all, we still had a great getaway and the awning is wonderful!

Ingram is easy to communicate and the RV is in good shape except a few minor issues that need to be fixed. Also please always opt in the roadside assistance insurance. If RV is parked for a few days the battery may die since the power step is using the 12V battery.

Rv Drove great. Ingram was very responsive with communication. Rv has a few minor glitches but nothing we couldn’t handle.

Ingram was great to communicate with. I asked a lot of questions and he was timely and clear with his answers! He did a good walk through before we left so we knew the little things about the RV that would help make it easier on the road for us. We were gone for 30 days and had no mechanical issues - the machine is in good shape. Upon return, he wanted to know how things worked and was very open to suggestions we had about what should get looked at, especially after that amount of time on the road. Thanks for helping make our 'trip of a lifetime' great!

Beautiful RV. Would definitely rent again. The only issue we had was the new stereo the owner put in with GPS/backup camera and Apple car play was wired to the truck battery and drew a charge even when turned completely off so the truck battery would be dead in 24 hrs if you didn’t drive it every day. Not the owners fault. Everything was clean and it ran great. Would highly recommend renting this RV

This is a tough one to review. On the one hand, the owner was very nice and responsive. Accomodating when it came to pick up and drop off and allowed us to add extra fuel instead of filling up the propane, which is difficult in my area. On the other hand, although the RV is relatively new, there were a few things that weren't working (generator, tank sensors, broken side mirror). In addition, as we were the first to use it this season, the winter grime hadn't been cleaned (fridge was mouldy, food on the stove, hair on the beds, grey and black tanks still partially full) and it took us almost 3 hrs to clean before we could leave. There were certain amenities that were listed but not included (dvd player, chairs) and the actual location was in Hamilton, not Oakville as listed. The latter wasn't an issue as the owner dropped the RV off, but this was because the RV was still at the dealer in the morning even though we had reserved more than a month in advance. I would still recommed this RV, but would advise to ask questions pertaining to the above if any of them are imprtant to you. All in all, thank you Ingram for lending us your RV, we still had a great experience.

End of the season and some things were not working, which the iwner hadn’t had a chance to repair before we picked up the motorhome. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

This was a dream family vacation 48 years in the making. Ingram was easy to contact, and always did his best to help out during the trip. The vehicle is on its way to the shop, so I’m sure with that any issues will be resolved. Sadly the awning and step down did not work as the previous renter returned it that way, and there was no time to repair before the trip. We traveled all the way to Newfoundland with this vehicle and created memories that will last a lifetime.

The condition of the vehicle is very nice and it has a lot of space even for the 8ppl. The extra storage space beneath is perfect for additional stuffs, such as camping equipment... I'm a newbie to RV and was a little bit hesitated to handle such long vehicle. It turned out it's quite easy and comfortable to drive. Ingram is a very nice guy which gave me a lot instructions at the beginning and he answered all my questions on time. We got 2 rainy and muggy nights during the trip, however, it did not impact us at all with powerful AC and Awning. Bike rack helps to bring 4 bikes. Fantastic trip with great experience and strongly recommend.

Ingram and the motorhome is peace at mind. Can’t say enough of Ingram. He made sure we were taken care of from a few days before the rental date to the time we dropped it off. Throughout the trip he texted to make sure we were ok and to see if we were enjoying our trip. Motorhome is in perfect condition. If you want a perfect motorhome and no worries rent this motorhome. Another great thing is that when you pick up the motorhome your vehicle is in a secure lockup with no worries about your vehicle. All in all you can’t go wrong. Thanks Ingram for the rental and making our vacation memorable.

The RV is really good, and onwer is nice

1. As first time campers, booking experience through their online system was great. 2. Although picking it up was easy, initally RV showed to be picked up in Brampton, however few days before the trip RV owner ( Ingram) asked us to pick up the unit in Hamilton (RV P&Go). Glad we asked him in time days before. Had we waited last moment we would have wasted a lot of time on the day of our trip. 3. The unit was clean and in great shape when it was given to us. However later, there seemed to be issue with driver side mirror as it was loose & black/freshwater sensors which was addressed to the owner. 4. At the time of booking, owner mentioned RV was to be dropped anytime before midnite, just few days before the trip, we were asked to drop off the RV before 6pm, due to which we were forced to make last minute changes in our plan. We had to leave on the morning of my daughters 4th birthday, we left the campsite approx 9am to be back before 6pm. Our plan was to leave campsite noon of that day. With the amount of back n forth with owner it came to a point where we were even asked to cancel our booking which was highly disappointing & shocking. 5. The owner is responsive,however he needs to have better knowledge on the technical details of his RV.

Easy to drive and comfortable. For a 2020 it needs to be better maintained.

Pros: The RV itself is in very good shape, well maintained, and exactly what the pictures show. Easy to set up at the campground. Cons: The pickup experience was not ideal. The location advertised in the site initially stated Brampton when I booked… A few days before pick up it had changed to Oakville and the actual day of pick up the address I received was in Hamilton, which is not what I had expected and far from home. Secondly, I waited over 45 mins outside the agreed upon pick up location time delaying my travel plans and because of that, hand-off felt very rushed. For a first-time camper I didn’t feel as comfortable. It all worked out well in the end and we had a good experience.

The purpose of my use of Ingram's RV was for ambulatory reasons and cannot comment on the comfort of the Bed's or the other amenities that are provided. The RV is dependable, drives extremely well and despite it's size, it manoeuvres very well. My rating is five stars as Ingram showed compassion by daily text messages to ensure my wife was comfortable and he was also very accommodating with pickup and drop-off. I would not hesitate to contact Ingram again for the use of his RV. Thanks.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED RV!!! Very spacious, everything worked perfectly fine. No ISSUES!! took it for 8Days to Alberta from Toronto Ontario. With the 8 of us. Very smooth and easy to drive. I highly recommend this for any trip during this pandemic, since not everywhere you get the access to dine in food restaurants, and washroom. The RV is very clean, and comfortable. My friends and I loved it, And Ingram was so easy to talk to, he did a thorough explaination of how everything works, we didn’t felt nervous renting an RV for the first time !! ☺️ He’s only one call/text away for anything ☺️ We’ll probably book it again for our next trip soon!!! 🖤

We had an amazing time in this Brand New RV . We Took it for 5 days and we felt like at home very very comfortable . This full automated RV has everything you need , we did not miss a single thing . We are looking forward to our next trip on it . Ingram is very cool to deal with and was available every time we needed him , he was a phone call away and is also very quick in replying to messages . Anyone looking to Book this RV don’t think twice ......go for it.

I would highly recommend anybody who is looking to rent an RV to rent from Ingram, the RV itself was flawless, everything worked perfectly and most importantly the driving of the 32fter was extremely easy and didn't take much of getting used too. It was very spacious and the seven of us had no issues getting around, the beds were also very comfortable so no issues there. Not only was the RV flawless, the owner, Ingram, also gave us a thorough walkthrough of the RVs shower, sewage, entertainment, sleeping, side outs, etc. He was also genuinely interested in answering any questions we had. My family and I would definitely rent from Ingram again and we recommend that your family do so as well.

We had trip for 4 days, overall RV is okay especially driving and safety. Heater stopped working halfway through the trip which was major because of cold weather around night/dawn. Other than that nothing major. just needs minor repairs like sliding door for bathroom not working, gauges for grey & black water not working. Host was flexible with pickup and drop off so that was nice. if these issues are fixed then definitely recommend the RV.

Rv wasn't swept, felt sandy under our feet. Communication was minimal. The RV battery was dead every time we tried to start it. Got blamed for damages to the sliding doors that wasn't by us. Owner listed on profile was not present for inspection eg. pick-up or drop off. Would not recommend.
