Bennett B.Mar 2026Mikhail was very accommodating. I showed up one day before my reservation because I had accidentally booked my trip on the wrong days. Mikhail was really easy going and flexible. He had no issue moving the reservation 1 day earlier. 5 stars for customer service.
Cristine F.Sep 2025The owner was very thorough with instructions and allowed us to pick up the RV earlier and drop off later with no extra charges. It was fully stocked with kitchen equipment like cookware, dishwashing liquid, sponge, paper towels, pots and pans as well as bathroom essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper etc. There were 5 people in our party and we fit perfectly! This RV was perfect for our 35 anniversary PCH vacation, it was still small enough to park within most parking spaces where other larger RVs are not allowed. Mikhail was responsive to all of our inquiries and needs and so kind in working with us. We were 100% happy with the entire experience!

Minor areas of improvement: - Initial booking questions were a bit delayed, but got better. - We were asked to adjust pickup location a bit last minute, but all things considered he was very flexible with timing and location. - There were initially some ants.

Julie V.Aug 2023Mikhail was great. He was super responsive to all of our questions ahead of time, responding right away. He was also very flexible, allowing us to pick up an hour earlier than the usual time and drop off 2.5 hours after the usual time. He went over everything ahead of time with us. The RV was in good shape and was for the most part fully stocked with kitchen stuff and also had some bathroom toiletries including in-built shampoo, soap, and conditioner dispensers in the shower. Do note that you’ll need to pay for the mileage that you used after the fact. For our trip (8 hours away) that came to about $450.
