Jen and Bob were lovely to deal with. They managed a mechanical problem before departure with a trip to their mechanic and replaced wiper blades during their trip. The RV was returned clean and in the same/better condition than when it went out. They enjoyed a long road trip 4200 kms to visit family in Kenora. Bob's experience driving big rigs served him well when they were driving in high winds. I would gladly welcome them as guests again without hesitation. Cheers, Kathy
