The previous renter didn't return the trailer on time and I had a bit of a late start. Mike was excellent, however! He did everything he could to make sure that I didn't have to cancel my trip. He met me where the trailer was left and cleaned it before I took it. I will definitely rent from him again if I don't buy my own RV.
