Nancy was very easy to deal with. She had booked a site without power and water. The trailer should have been more than able to last on battery for the few days she had it. It did not. I took them a new battery in the hopes it was just a faulty battery. It eventually went flat too. Nancy seemed to take it in stride and with goo humor which I appreciated
