About Guo

I was a bit apprehensive renting and RV as we have never done it before and I have certainly never driven a 32 foot Beast. The process was straight forward and the Rv was great - new, clean and not difficult to drive. Gao was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience touring the Rockies with our 5 kids! Would rent from them again. Only one warning: RVeasy requires app to be downloaded to your phone for checking out RV - apparently both mine and my husband's phone were too old for the app! (never had this issue before) There is no other way to complete the check out so that was a bit stressful.

Lilly was great in getting back to us promptly which helped massively with the planning of our trip and we couldn't have asked for more! The RV was excellent too, clean and everything provided we had agreed on beforehand. if the opportunity was to arrive, we would certainly book again.

Lilly was really helpful throughout the rental. The RV was perfect. Very smooth ride for such a large vehicle made it easy to burn through those miles into the Rockies. We had an amazing adventure.

The owner is amazing, she help me to plan all my trip and to turn it possible, amazing!! The RV is totally new, in perfectly conditions, easy to drive and completely with all stuffy, very modern. Thanks too much for everything

Guo was great to deal with. Very prompt communication. We had a blast in the RV. The ad says sleeps 8; we had 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 little kids. Would be tough to add anymore and be comfortable. We caused some minor damage to the RV, they were great about it.
