About Brian

Brian allowed a mechanical issue (burned out water pump) to ruin his entire vacation instead of simply getting water jugs and getting on with their vacation as they waited for a tech to fix the issue. He was very rude both on the phone and in person when his wife had to come calm him down after she heard him talking to me. I credited his entire rental cost even though he used my trailer for 8 nights yet he still was not happy. Trailer came back clean & empty as expected.
