Communication was quick and clear from the first message, and when our plans shifted with the weather he was flexible and accommodating with no hassle. He also took the time to walk us through the towing setup with our truck, which made a real difference for a trip with two young kids in tow. The trailer was clean, well looked after, and had everything we needed for a few nights out. Pickup and drop-off in Elko were smooth. We'd happily rent from Matt again and recommend him to anyone heading out this way.
