The host was very quick to reply to any questions or concerns and very wonderful to deal with! Punctual when dropping off and picking up at our site as well. We had a few issues with some water leaking and ended up running out of water in under 48 hours while not using it excessively. Had to troubleshoot a bit with the power outlets, not realizing that the microwave and outlets didn’t work unless the generator was on, but we are new to dry camping. That being said, the host called right away to try and rectify the issue when it was brought to their attention. It also took us a bit to figure out that the propane wasn’t switched on so we didn’t have hot water or use of the stove initially on our first morning until we figured that out. Chalk it up to us being newbies with RVs, but a bit more of a run down on things at the time of drop off would’ve saved us a bit of confusion on the first morning.
