There were some easily preventable issues that couldn’t be fixed remotely, which left us with more work than we had anticipated during our camping trip. JT assured us after we returned the trailer that he made sure to address the issues we had brought to his attention so future renters would have a more relaxing trip. My impression is that our experience was not the norm and if that’s true, I would expect future guests will be giving nothing short of 5 star reviews going forward as JT definitely wants his renters to have a great and worry-free experience! To all renters: please ensure that you report any small issues that may arise as that can prevent larger more costly issues in the future :).

Kevin C.Aug 2021Our family spent a week in Algonquin at pog lake and had a great time in JT’s bunkhouse trailer. It was our first time staying in a trailer and I don’t think we can go back to tents. It had everything we needed especially the night it rained and we were warm and dry! JT was exceptional in explaining how everything worked and quickly responsive when I had questions leading up to the trip and even when I was there. A great guy. From the beginning to the end of the process Josh was awesome!!!! The trailer was delivered at the time that we agreed upon and picked up at the time we agreed upon. Josh was very accommodating to our time frames. The trailer is pretty much brand new. Spotless!!!!! If you are looking for a reliable person to deal with and a beautiful trailer for your camping experience JOSH is your guy!!!! You will not be disappointed.
