Great experience with this team. They were very patient and answered our numerous questions quickly. This was our first experience with an RV and they made it very comfortable. The only thing that was a negative to me was the fact that they charge for gas to and from the location. I felt like this should have been taken from the delivery fee not charged on top of it. I also feel it should be disclosed prior to the RV being delivered.

We rented this RV for a 12 day east coast road trip with our family of 5. Overall a great trip, but the couple of items that the owners will not fix make for some frustration. It would not be as big of a deal if you are not traveling far or just doing one setup/takedown. The gas tank air issue makes filling the tank a very long process and added hours to our longest driving day (8 hours turned into closer to 10). Another issue is with the leveling system. There is no reason that is should be showing a "Low Voltage" error when the engine is running, RV is plugged in, and the backup battery is charged. We always ended up getting it to work within 10-15 of tinkering, but not without multiple hard resets. We also flushed out the black water tank twice right before heading back and it still was not clear of debris and we were charged extra. Not sure if we were not given the complete instructions or if that system has quirks, as well. Being told not to put any toilet paper in the tank is difficult with children. Last thing was that we could not get the fridge to stay at a good temperature. It froze our food even on the lowest setting (no, we did not overfill the fridge and it was never more than 2/3 full and usually only 1/2 full). We finally just started turning it off for a few hours every day to keep the drinks pourable. Better too cold than not cold enough. We appreciated the availability of the owners.

Very communicative with us and helpful. Had a few issues with RV though and she was very receptive and thanked us for pointing them out upon return so the issues could be fixed.

The renter knew the blind was not working correctly above the love seat as there is an issue with pumping gas into the gas tank. You should not have to stand for 30 minutes to fill the tank bc of “air release problem”. The motor lacks power on small hills and burns way more fuel than it should bc if this “gas/air “ problem. There is A LOT of wear and tear on the RV that needs to be taken cars care. The pictures are old that are posted and needs updated photos (misrepresentation). If you have not rented a RV before you need to ask as many questions as you can of “what do I need to do to make sure I do not get charged when I return”! It sends this is a pattern of the owner to look extra in return but “act” unaware of damage before departure. Take your time on departure too look for ALL damages so you will not get charged.

**DO NOT RENT THIS RV** First, a few positive things. The RV was clean and the the pickup and drop off process were reasonably easy. The hosts always responded to messages or phone calls promptly. However, there were three significant safety items that have been addressed in previous reviews of this RV and the hosts have not fixed. First, the passenger side window aft of the B-pillar has a broken latch on it. It flew open on the horizontal hinge while we were going down the freeway at 60 mph with my son sitting in the seat in front of it. This is incredibly dangerous and the hosts have not made any effort to fix it but simply told me that we could "hold it in place with duct tape." Second, we had extensive problems with the coach battery system and the slide out. I spent numerous hours on the phone during our 6-day trip with the hosts and with YouTube videos trying to solve these issues. At one point the host recommended that I removed the e-brake and climb underneath the vehicle to flip a switch that would re-reset the coach batteries. However he neglected to mention that doing so would immediately release the jacks which caused the vehicle to come down rapidly nearly crushing me underneath. DO NOT RESET THE BATTERY FROM UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. Third, the hosts have not bothered to fix the vapor relief valve on the fuel tank which requires the operator to hold the fuel nozzle outside of the aperture in order to refill the gas tank. It's a very slow and tedious process and also releases a lot of gas fumes which could be a fire hazard. The hosts then demanded extra cleaning fees of $300 from us although we returned the vehicle the condition it was rented in. All in all, it was a very disappointing and dangerous experience. Would like to have enjoyed this trip a lot more but we couldn't due to the condition of the RV.
