About Tara

First time going camping, and with kids, and we figured we'd do the easier way with an RV parked at the camp site. Host was very responsive and courteous. RV was large, lots of beds and suited our needs. Only issue was that campsite did not have electric hookups and RV battery did not hold charge so we were basically limited to 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the evening to do most household activities with the RV, so we had to plan around that limitation on day to day basis because of this. Experienced campers probably wouldn't bat an eyelash to the issue but more difficult for first timers. Tara did provide partial refund because of this, and luckily we did rent the generator, or we would have had a problematic camp vacation. I would definitely rent again if RV battery is replaced so that we could just use that without the need for a generator. For more experienced campers, it would be not much of an issue for them.

Tara and Will delivered the trailer on time and explained clearly what is needed to make a good use of it. Although we had some issues with the battery failure Will returned in the afternoon with a new battery replacement. We enjoyed our camping experience.

From the minute I requested the RV to the minute Tara picked it up, the process was easy and seamless. It was clean, comfy and had plenty of room. Thanks for making our first family trip a success!

Tara was super helpful and had excellent communication. Delivery and pickup was on time. Trailer was stocked with the essentials and we'll taken care of. Perfect trailer for a family camping trip!
