Rich’s trailer was perfect for our stay. The unit was exactly as expected and had everything we needed. Rich was really quick to respond and the delivery was seamless. Thanks!

RVezy was great and simple to use, however our experience with the trailer we chose wasn’t so positive. We had several small issues, that in a short time span, added up to make the experience less then satisfactory. I think the trailer is just older and has maybe seen its day or is in need of repairs. Rich was good to deal with, we never met him however. He didn’t provide much in the way of troubleshooting, other then accepting my suggestions or acknowledging the issues as they came up, he did apologize. Some of the issues we encountered Were: the stairs broke (rusted out), Water ran out (either not filled full or pump was having issues so we had to turn it off and not have use of the running water), there was some leaks in the awning (so the one night it rained some stuff got wet. Which I get happens but he assured us we didn’t need tarps), the renters before us reported a leak, so he warned us prior to us getting the trailer that we wouldn’t have hot water and that we would throw in a bbq for the hassle, which seemed fine as we weren’t going to shower in the trailer and one less thing to pack, however that bbq was disgusting! Fill will food from previous person, so we had to let it run to burn and then clean and luckily everything we prepped was cooked in foil cause I still wouldn’t have cooked my food on it. From observing other trailers I think there should have been wood blocks under the stabilizers cause the sites were so sandy, we noticed after the first night the trailer seemed more wobbly. Also there was only one bowl! We were under the impression it was a “stocked” trailer. we had to use cups for our morning porridge and chilli for dinner. At the end of the day, we were camping! We were in the great outdoors, and made the best of it. I would just prob go with a newer trailer next time.

Trailer was perfect for what we needed. The delivery set up option was great. Rich was quick with responses to any questions we had. Only issue we had was trailer was not cleaned prior to delivery and holding tanks not emptied completely, leaving shower / sink use not available for our last day. Other than that, it was an overall good experience and will look to rebook with him next summer.

We’re a family of 5 and we found our experience with this rental to be perfect! Loved that the two pop outs on either end leaves space for living in the centre without having to climb over beds. We did find that it would have been a touch tight in the event that it rained, but it still would have completely worked out. Rich was AMAZING! Extremely flexible and accommodating. We would highly recommend this rental.
