- Emma M.May 2025What an absolutely awesome host, he was so friendly and informative and everything was exactly as described plus the little binder was a lifesaver. The RV was as easy to drive as a home depot box truck, was easy to navigate and use and was so clean and well maintained. My first ever time driving an RV and it really was so simple. Eugene was the star though he was the best ever! The only qualms I did have is the generator ran out of gas quickly as we were dry camping in the dessert and using the AC it lasted around 14 hours so if your dry camping I would definitely take that into account. Would definitely recommend this RV and Eugene. 5 stars

Eugene does a very thorough walk through but also provides a written manual if needed. It comes with kitchen essentials to make for easy packing and lots of thoughtful touches to make you comfortable. We used this for a 4 day getaway for 2 of us and was perfect but could also accommodate kids. We would love to rent again! Communication is great and Eugene is a super host. The walk-thru was detailed and informative making pick-up easy. The features of the RV made the experience very comfortable. The helpful "how-to" binder was referred to a few times for a quick check on operational procedures. Return was quick and the communication prior, during and after return was helpful and effective.

Kevin D.Jun 2021Renting Eugene's Navion RV has been a great experience. It was my first time renting an RV and Eugene made it really easy and walked me through everything. The RV was clean and ready at the prescribed time; all fluids topped off and ready to go. Driving the Navion was quite easy as it handles like a Sprinter, just longer. Engine is powerful and pulls the RV without any issues. My family and I had no issues with the vehicle at all throughout our camping trip. Onboard there is a step by step manual to help you through all the step. For those worried about driving such a big vehicle, this RV is easy to navigate.
