Thomas was very prompt to respond, and was exceptionally accommodating with our pickup scheduling, which was a huge help. He was thorough and friendly during our walkthrough, and the unit was clean and tidy, and it showed that Thomas maintained it well. The unit was awaiting a new paint job, so it appeared a bit “rough” on the exterior, which we felt was a non-issue. The pilot light to the water heater would not light during our walkthrough, but we were pressed for time, and also decided it was a non issue, since other than hot water, all other amenities would be taken car3 of by power, which we would have access to at our destination. It was a great little trailer, perfect for a couple, and had everything we needed. The hot water wasn’t an issue for us, since the weather was hot during our trip, and the A/c functioned beautifully. Thomas was also graciously flexible on our return time, as it kept changing due to unforeseen delays like LA traffic. All in all, a great unit, and a great host, at a great value. We would definitely consider renting again.
