About Kurtis

This trailer unfortunately was not in the right shape to be rented out. Little to no effort would have been put into cleaning it. The window sills were thick with dirt/dust, there was a light layer of dust on everything (counters, floors, etc). The fridge and freezer had food spills. The tub was filthy with a layer of dirt on the bottom and the floor vents had a thick layer of debris in them. Mouse poop was seen in hard to reach places as well as a kitchen drawer. We spent 45 minutes doing a basic clean before unpacking. About 24 hours into our trip the grey water tank started backing up into the bathroom. Water shot up out of the sink and got all over toiletries, makeup, counter, floor. It also backed up into the bathtub leaving a rank smell. Our fresh water wasn’t even close to being out so it makes no sense that the grey water would be full. Clearly the tanks were not emptied prior to our pickup. We have a baby and a toddler so being in a dirty trailer, seeing mouse poop, and losing the ability to do dishes was very stressful to say the least. Trailer was spacious and had a private room in the back which I think is the only positive thing we could say about it.

The RVezy onboarding system is terrible. I won't ever use the service again.

Amazing first time trailer rental experience. Very accommodating the whole way through. Kurtis made it very easy to communicate at all times.

Kurtis was very helpful and the trailer was in great shape. Really appreciated the down feather mattress toppers and dropping off an outdoor grill for us. Will definitely recommend and rebook if we’re in Park Lake again!
