Henry was kind and a great communicator. While the RV needed a few small fixes, he let me know a few days in advance that some of the replacement parts were delayed. I appreciated the transparency.

We rented Henry’s and Linda’s RV in the summer of 2024 for three weeks to explore parts of Ontario (2 adults). Since we come from abroad it was important to have everything on board when hiring (kitchenware, linen, towels, etcetera. I can tell everything we needed was there and even (much) more. The RV was perfectly clean on delivery, and all things we used worked like it should (we have had other renting experiences elsewhere...). Henry is a nice person who is willing to help you with the entire rental process. He gave us detailed explanation about the do’s and don’ts, all technical things you need to know. Before leaving Henry and I made a short test drive. While on the road Henry stays perfectly available for advice about what to do when you need help for anything. I have more experience renting RV’s in Canada and this time was by far our best experience. The Ford diesel engine did a great job, runs very smoothly, and besides sounds awesome (my opinion)! It is economic on fuel consumption (about 1.5-2 times more mpg than a 6 or 8 cylinder gas engine). There is nothing negative to say about our experiences and the way Henry and Linda help their guests. So next time we hope we can do business with them again. Thanks again Henry and Linda!

We rented Henry's RV for 1 week to explore northern parts of Ontario (a family of two adults + one 4-year old). Henry makes the process very easy for 1st time RV'ers. We really appreciated the clear instructions we received from him. Furthermore, Henry always remained available throughout our trip in case we needed guidance. The motorhome itself exceeded our expectations in every dimension. It is super functional, modern, clean, equipped with everything you would need and even more! It was also much easier to drive than I thought. I did not have much experience with large trucks or vans, but the additional set of large mirrors and an advanced back-up camera made it very comfortable to drive.

This was our second time renting from Henry and Linda and everything went as expected. Communication was great and RV ran beautifully during our 3+ week adventure, staying in 13 campgrounds around Lake Superior. We used the generator once and it was fine, water tank lasted for 3 days before requiring filling, RV was well insulated - only used the furnace a few times (this trip was Sept/Oct). Thank you, Henry and Linda.

We had a wonderful time our first time using the service. Everything was explained to us it great detail, and the size of the RV was perfect for our first excursion. All the little details that I had packed we're already at the RV and that was of great comfort, from citronella candles to tarps and so on, things that you often might overlook when packing. This was a very hot event in a very wide open field and it was wonderful to head across the field to the RV at the end of the show and have a nice cool place to stay. It also made for easy transport of very expensive camera and computer equipment from our tent to our assigned RV spot. the RV was very clean, organized and in proper working order.

Henry was a pleasure to rent from. The RV was clean and in great shape. His communication was prompt and always helpful. Would definitely rent from him again!

Henry and Linda's RV was excellent and we enjoyed a long road trip in it all the way down to the East Coast. Their communication was great and they were very fast communicators when we needed them as this was our first RV trip. Henry gave us a long tutorial a few weeks prior to our trip and we greatly appreciated that. The vehicle was in great condition and as a family of 3 its layout worked well for us all.

Linda and Henri did a great job delivering the RV in pristine condition. Henry did do an extensive orientation of the RV that did gave us the confidence to head out on the road It was a pleasure to drive. As we were RV rookies, we had a few issues that when we texted Henry, he promptly responded with explanations what to do. Overall, we had a great time and if you are planning to rent a RV I highly recommend you get one from Henry and Lynda.

Henry and Linda are super nice. We rented the RV for the first time and expressed concerns as newbies but Henry was patient enough to go through each part with us. When we were on the road and came up with something that required some clarification, Henry tried his best to get back to us asap. We are considering renting his another RV next year for extra space and the best customer service!

The RV owner, Henry, was a great guy to deal with and we cannot recommend him highly enough. We had a great time touring eastern Canada. Our dealings with RVezy on the other hand have been quite the opposite - we'd rate RVezy maybe 1 or 2 out of 10 and that's being generous. As I have said frequently to RVezy in prior correspondence, their App is the most user UNfriendly system we have ever encountered, and particularly unsuited to non-North American clients. Thank goodness for Henry being able to "manage" RVezy from his side for us.

We had a great time on our 10 day campervan trip around Ontario whilst using Henry and Linda’s RV. Henry was quick, friendly and easy to communicate with. We had a some issues with the generator and AC that were disappointing but were dealt with effectively. I would be happy to book from Henry and Linda again,

Henry and Linda are amazing hosts and such wonderful human beings. They went out of the way to provide us with RV training over two days since we were new to RV experience. Their RV is excellently equipped. We are definitely coming back to them For our future RV trips!

This was our first RV rental. We traveled for 70 days to the Yulkon with a return via Vancouver through late August to the end of October and had a great time. Henry and Linda were great hosts showing a lot of patience for the newbies. Henry did a thorough introduction to the RV and assured us we could call, text or e-mail anytime for guidance if required - and we certainly did. He was true to his word and responded quickly by text to address any questions or concerns we had. Henry's relaxed approach and a positive response (without hint of frustration) was what we needed to assure us when addressing issues or problems arose. I appreciated Henry trusting our judgment on maintenance matters that can arise over such large distances. We rented Henry & Linda’s RV for 21 days and drove from Ontario to Alberta and back. Henry was excellent with explaining how to use everything. We had a couple questions while away that were promptly answered by text. The RV was clean and fully stocked with all the necessities. My husband did the driving and found the RV to be easy to handle with lots of power for inclines. It’s a great size (not too big) for moving around parking lots and backing into campsites. Henry and Linda were so easy to rent from. The RV was incredible and had everything we needed. We will rent from them again. Our RV camping trip was perfect. Kids loved the “push out”.

5 stars all around! This was our first RV experience and it was delightful. Just the two of us, this RV with the 'tuck away bed in the ceiling' has lots of room to hang about, cook, watch TV when inside. Lots of storage space for everything. Henry and Linda have thoughtfully equiped this RV with some nice items. In particular, the outdoor mat (about the same size as the canopy it lays under) is awesome, the extra hose and extension cord came in handy on one campsite where the hook up was a little further, stackable blocks that make it easy to level the RV. And sometimes the little things are the most important, such as the citranella candles, extra garbage bags and even a pen and small notepad. Henry and Linda are a pleasure to deal with, and they are seasoned RV'ers, which definitely shows in their well maintained, clean and nicely equiped RV and their knowledge in explaining the various functions of the RV, and once you're on the road, if you have a question, they are just a text away.

Henry and Linda were lovely people to rent from. The RV was in pristine condition when it arrived with all the bedding and extra supplies like chairs and really thoughtful touches like citronella candles and tablecloths also provided. The first few days there were lots of times we didn't know how things worked and Henry was so responsive to all our texts and questions. This was our epic RV trip to northern Ontario - so many wonderful sights, so many great memories!

The vehicle was very clean and perfect for travelling with our family of seven. We did not have to sleep in the vehicle with everyone as we had cottages to stay at. The queen bed is very comfortable, the bed lowers from the ceiling so you need to be able to climb the ladder to get up. My husband had a hip replacement so he could not get up into the bed. The AC for the back of the vehicle did not circulate well for the passengers so we needed to keep the AC on full for the air to get to the passengers. Going up hills and on gravel was a bit challenging as it is a V6 Chrysler engine, the same as the Caravan I drive. Just need to be aware of that on back hilly roads. Henry and Linda were always available if we needed any support, Henry explains the vehicle before taking it, which is helpful.

Henry and Linda are lovely. We were blessed with being able to spend family vacation while travelling in their RV which was in great shape and well taken care of. Henry made himself available for any questions, was kind and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for everything!

We had a superb experience with the RVEZY platform and Henry and Linda’s RV. Henry was easy to rent from - answered all of our questions before and during our journey. The rv was very clean and well maintained with all of the camping gear that you could need. The chairs, the bbq, the citronella candles allowed us to toast lots of marshmallows around the fire. The return process was simple and fast. It was the perfect summer vacation and allowed us to make happy memories.

We scrambled at the last minute to find an RB due to bad weather forcast during our trip. We found Henry & Linda's RB to be the perfect solution for our family of 4. We had a detailed walkthrough before we took off so we knew what to do and as things came up Henry was a short text away to answer this newbie's questions.

Renting with Henry and Linda was an absolute delight. Being first time RVers they made the process so easy, and the RV came was delivered meticulously clean and in amazing condition. It had all the essentials that you would need to go on any kind of trip, and were only a text away whenever we had any questions or forgot how to do something! This was our first time renting an RV and we could not have asked for a better host than Henry! We had zero knowledge of RVs but this was no problem whatsoever. Henry explained everything in detail and provided demos of how to use all the features of the RV, and even provided a quick driving lesson (no need to be intimidated - it turns out to be just as easy as driving a normal car). Great customer service; Henry was prompt in answering questions via text leading up to and during the trip. The RV was fully stocked with all the tools and equipment we would need for the trip; also included were some helpful items that wouldn't have been obvious to bring (such as citronella candles to keep the bugs away while sitting outside). Outstanding attention to detail in cleaning; EVERYTHING inside the RV was thoroughly cleaned and spotless upon pickup. We were able to feel comfortable and "at home" very quickly. 5/5 stars, would definitely recommend renting from Henry (especially if you're a first-timer with a lot of questions!)

Excellent experience! Henry was responsive and readily available for questions at any point during the reservation process. The walkthrough was thorough and detailed. The best part was the RV was EXTREMELY clean and fully equipped- it even had an egg poacher! We felt very spoiled with our first official glamping experience and will not hesitate to reserve again.
