Justin was great and very flexible with the time, the RV included absolutely everything you would need for a road trip, in our case with two kids. The RV is very luxurious and specious, everything worked as it should work. Our vacation was perfect and we owe most of it to Justin and this great RV.

Carrie V.Mar 2022Thanks J. D. for an awesome vacation. The coachman was a beautiful unit and perfect fit for our adventure to the parks of Northern Arizona. As expected, RV life has a learning curve, and J. D. was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. If you expect a 20 minuit hot shower and space to move arround rent a Class A, if you expect a 5 minute warm camp shower and squeezing past eachother in the galley than you will be happy. My husband was impressed with the power driving this unit in the mountains and the fuel economy (at 55mph) was better than expected. This was the perfect method of travel for the two of us, we cooked every meal plus had a restroom avaliable at locations that didn't have facilities. J. D. was profesional to work with and the unit was stocked with everything we needed including an assortment of bungie cords which came in handy. Everything works but bring a mattress topper for the beds and watch the refrigerator door as it does not stay closed.
- Dave C.Jan 2022Good times, nice RV, Thorough check-in and -out by JD. However, why does the balance not clearly reflect the refund of my $1,500 deposit? Also, we did not use the airport drop-off and are thus due a credit for what I understand should be 80% of that $99 charge. Please advise.

We ran into some scheduling problems when our movers showed up very late and caused us to take off late.So between that and Atlanta traffic we were horribly late.We were expecting to get an ear full however we got a calm collected professional on the other line.He stayed available for any questions we had the entire trip and was very helpful for first timers like ourselves.Thabk you for your patience and for making our trip a better and safer experience!
