The trailer was clean and in perfect order.

It was nice meeting Brad and his family. They were easy to deal with during the rental. Unfortunately a couple of errors were made causing damage to the unit awning and counter top. Brad was quick to send pictures and take responsibility for the damage and a claim was submitted. Even though this happened we were pleased to meet this family and they handled the issue professionally.
