Renae was fantastic to deal with. Great quick ongoing open communication. Unit was stocked and ready to pull away. Only reason for reason for not 5 star is that there was some maintenance/function hiccups, which is to be expected with an older unit. Renae was great and sincere about fixing/helping with any issues. Overall had a great camping vacation, and the unit was cozy and spacious!

I don’t know where to start, because the whole process from pick up to drop off was absolutely amazing. They are incredibly kind people and honestly I think I would only want to rent from them again the next time I am staying in BC. They were easy to contact. Trailer was great. I would definitely recommend using them if you want to rent a trailer.

Had an excellent time with my family renting from Renae. Great experience, we will be back!
