He was thorough with his knowledge and explanation of the RV functions and a great person to talk to. The RV was great for our trip, practically new and it performed in an excellent manner! I had some nice conversations with Ken and he was attentive and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. Dealing with Ken really made our stay on the RV that much more enjoyable, the RV is in top shape, drives easy and it had plenty of room for our family (2 adults and 3 kids). Easy to navigate and set up, Easy to back up especially with the extra camera system that Ken installed. It was a great experience all around! Book with Ken and you will not regret it!
