Viktoriya was very responsive and clear with her communication which made it very easy renting from her. The flexibility and ease of pickup and drop off of the RV was amazing - we really appreciated that. The RV was as described and easy to tow with our truck. Inside the set up was great - worked well as we had a 7 month old. There were some previous comments about the A/C not working well but we had no issues with it and felt that it ran well and kept the RV nice and cool.

Great and easy experience all around

Great hosts, easy to work with. Unit was very nice and exactly the right size for just 2 of us. Was easy to tow and set up, and also to deal with the Sanidump at the end.

Nice trailer for what we needed. Delivery was on time and trailer was clean. They set it up for us . Owners responded right away to any .questions.

The grey/black water level indicators don’t work. The ac unit didn’t work the first night. The empty black water tank had a terrible smell coming up from the toilet all weekend.

The trailer wasnt what we expected.

My family of 3 rented this trailer for our three-night camping trip that was about three hours away from where we lived. Everything was wonderful! We had plenty of space, were able to cook all our meals, keep our food and drinks cold, and the bathroom's convenience was amazing! The trailer is clean, compact, and has everything you need to enjoy a nice weekend away. We easily towed it with our truck and had no problems connecting or disconnecting it. The owners were both a pleasure to deal with and we would definitely rent again from them!

Trailer was delivered in time and set up for us by owner. Trailer was perfect for a family of 4 and a dog :). Had a great time on our 1 week camping vacation. I would recommend renting a trailer anytime to anyone.

Very clean, easy to deal with, and responds in adequate time. Would love to see the trailer stocked with a bit more items such as a coffee maker, hand soap, dish clothes, and spices. Over all great rental!

Trailer was very dirty upon delivery and the delivery driver was unable to level the trailer. On the third day an RV repairman sent by owner fixed the hot water and the septic system, so we had hot water and could use the bathroom at that point. Owner was responsive and did their best to remedy issues we had. Trailer is in need of a good cleaning and several repairs. We scrubbed the insides from top to bottom, but the carpets are in need of a deep cleaning or replacement.

This summer our family camping was so much fun with the RV. There was a kind explanation about when to arrive before the delivery, and he explained various things well after the delivery, and it was a happy time for our family.The trip was delivered accurately and was 100% satisfied with its friendly appearance. It was time for all of our family to smile. It's a suitable camper for a family of five and can't be better than this. Thank you for everything!

We had a great time in the camper. Comfortable, nice size. Easy to tow and maneuver. Having access to the awning was great!! Viktoriya was great to deal with and very accommodating with pick up and drop off times!!

Viktoriya and Andre were great. Pick up was easy, the trailer towed well and seemed to be well equipped. The A/C blew cold which was important for us. They were very understanding when we got evacuated due to the fires. Our only complaint was the mattress… is was easily compressed and was not comfortable… We were lucky we were able to borrow a foam mattress topper. Viktoriya had even offered to bring us one… so hopefully they will update the mattress and it will be an excellent trailer !

Host was accurate with description of the RV and communication was great.

The rental experience was excellent. I was a little unsure about hooking up the trailerto the truck and they took the time to help me and thoroughly explained how to set everything up. The trailer was exactly as shown in the photos. It did have some hail damage prior to picking it up , but it didn't affect our trip at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely rent from them again.

Viktoria and her husband Andre were kind and helpful. Unfortunately we had a wiring issue with the trailer and were not able to use it to its full potential. We are thinking that something became loose or broken on the way to our campsite and no one knew about it until we got there. Andre tired really hard to have someone come out to fix the issue, but we were out of cell service most of the trip and couldn't connect. Despite no power we were able to sleep comfortably and Viktoriya was kind enough to offer some money back. I would definitely rent from them again. We still had a great time :)

Very easy pick up and drop off, they were very accommodating for time and also lent in a hitch as our ball was the wrong size.

Great experience with these guys! Very helpful and flexible. Solar panel wasn't working but appreciated the spare battery.

We had a lovely time renting Viktoryia’s trailer for the weekend. She and her husband were super helpful and accommodating and their trailer was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. Just what we needed for our glamping weekend. AC works really well for those hotter summer temps.

All appliances and equipment worked well. Very basic for supplies. We brought everything from home. Mattress is hooped, bring regular coffee mugs if you are not comfortable with drinking hot beverages out of plastic. Great that the water tank was filled with fresh water for us.

Great little trailer to get away with the family for a weekend! Very good with communicating and accommodating my family.

Excellent communication

Definitely need to bring your own mattress as the one provided is terrible. Fortunately I had read other reviews comments about the mattress and brought my own mattress. Overall my experience was positive.

First time Rving! Trip was great. I was a little disappointed with the details/communication of what was included in the RV and what wasn't. We had no cutting board, no paper towel, no wine opener, only four sets of forks and knives when it's advertised for 10 people, no sharp knives for preparing food, no dishcloth/rags. I think next time I need to be prepared to bring EVERYTHING - as if we were camping. The lights in the back of the trailer didn't work, which was tricky at night as my son was sleeping in there. The "outdoor shower" just dribbled water and was at waist height so this was a bit misleading. The DVD player on the TV didn't work. The toliet was finicky at times and we had to use a stick to help plunge it. On a plus, the master mattress was extremely comfortable! The gentleman who set up and took away the trailer was incredible! All in all it was a great first experience - just a little under prepared with supplies.
