We had a great trip and Kamal was nice to deal with. We had a few issues with the RV. The previous family didn’t not leave the RV clean and we spend 2 hours sanitizing the rv upon picking it up with concerns of pandemic/covid. The window in the front leaked soaking the mattress pillows and blankets. Kamal offered in compensation if we rented another time he would give us 2 nights free. Upon asking to take him up on that offer he said he decided he wouldn’t be renting the RV out anymore. He did give us $100 cash back for our inconvenience.
