Chris was easy to communicate with and respectful. The pickup and drop off went well. I would rent to his family again.

Chris is easy going and very respectful. He and his family returned the camper as they received it, making sure nothing was missing. Excellent renters.

Renter was made aware prior to start of trip that we use our unit a lot and it's not in perfect condition. Renter was also made aware that it has some of our personal stuff in it such as extra clothes, chairs, games, etc. Renter then made me remove everything from it before taking it. They also looked around the inside prior to taking it as well. At that time everything was good. My wife had wiped everything down that morning. Upon return, renter said it was so dirty they had to buy some cleaning supplies and clean it. They said it was very dusty. Well, we live in Alberta and things are always very dusty and there was some mud on the floor. Maybe it was from me going in and out carrying everything out. This was my 1st rental on RVezy but I had rented multiple times on Wheel Estate and Outdoorsy and never had anyone so much as mention a spec of dust or complain about our personal belongings inside.
