Chris was very pleasant and helpful with the entire experience. Greatly appreciated all the chairs, the bbq and the gazebo/shelter he set up for us. Anything that was broken or not functioning was discussed ahead of time with total disclosure and honesty and in no way affected The functioning of the unit or our experience.
