Pick up was fast and easy, the older model motorhome was clean, in good shape, and seemed to be well supplied. We had a few issues with the hot water and electrical system, but the owners were accommodating and apologetic, they even offered us a discount. The sheets and bedding were clean and in good shape, we utilized all the outdoor extras including barbeque, chairs, and tables. The pop-up tent was a godsend when it rained.
