This was our first time using anything like this. Overall very happy with our experience and the owners were great to deal with. We were without power hook up but a generator was supplied. I have my own generator which we used just due to the supplied one being brand new.

Jason was a terrific person to work with. Delivery and pick up was efficient and pleasant as can be. The camper was perfect for our family. It was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. I would definitely recommend renting from Jason.

Jason was incredibly communicative, a super helpful and kind owner to work with. As a first time renter, I was very concerned about learning what we needed to know to make our trip happen, and Jason made us feel equipped. His camper is clearly loved on and is a great space for sleeping / housing a little one or two in that bunk room. It still cools quite well too. Sadly, we too, had a blown out tire on the second day of our (originally-planned) 10-day trip. Since I was a first timer, traveling with an infant, and had intended for the trip to be relatively far- I played it super safe and we turned around and went home early after getting replacement tires. Jason was incredibly understanding through the process and he helped us with the emergency as it arose while we were figuring out plans with RVEZY roadside assistance / researching local options, etc. So we deeply appreciated this didn’t have to turn into a dispute, or to have added layers of stress having to do with the dynamics of working with and communicating with the owner.

Jason was wonderful to work with! Very flexible and great at communicating quickly. We had a few issues but perhaps to be expected with an older camper? The grey water backed up into the bathtub so we weren't able to use the bathroom, breakers blew if you plugged in a fan and had the air running, and a tire blew on the way home. Regardless, the camper slept all of our family comfortably and we had a fabulous time. When we notified Jason of the tire blowing on the way home all he cared about was that we were safe. Overall a memorable family experience and that's what its all about!
