They met us at the site at the appointed time, taught us how to use everything, and after our rental were back at the site to pick up exactly when we agreed upon. Owners were super helpful answering newbie trailer and feature questions prior to rental. On board trailer orientation was thorough, well explained and allowed time to answer our trailer operation questions. Owners were very easy going, open to flexible pick up/drop off times and quickly answered questions during rental period. Trailer had all the features that we were looking for and then some. Highly recommend and would rent again
