Cici D.Sep 2021The owners are very nice. They are professional and honest. We were late to pick up the RV, but Alvin and his partner have been waiting for us. Before we took it out, he explained everything very clearly and guided us to test the Motorhome in the town. They don't charge mileage fees which makes our long-distance travel more affordable. This particular vehicle is also very easy to drive and park! This is a great RV trip.
Danica Q.Aug 2021We faced a minor mechanical issue on our long road trip from southern Ontario to Jasper, Alberta. Alvin was extremely accommodating and arranged for us to bring the motorhome into a mechanic. It was repaired and we were back on the road with very minimal downtime. Alvin and his partner explained everything thoroughly before we took it out and they did not charge for mileage which made an already expensive trip much more affordable compared to other rental options on this app. We were also grateful for all the included amenities such as a coffee maker, and toaster! This specific vehicle was also super easy to drive and park!

The RV is solid but a no frills option (no slide outs, step, awning). RV is a Great size for 5 or 6 people comfortably. Some issues with tow haul system meant engine brakes would not disengage fast enough and made a crazy loud sound when going downhill that lasted too long - but they indicated they would look into this right away. It worried us but it didn’t cause any issues on our drive. Took feedback from us on a few things and I am certain they will be responsive. They are professional and honest.
