David J.Aug 2022Delivered by hostWe enjoyed the spacious trailer for our trips. Lynn arrived early and the trailer was set up before we arrived. We appreciated the tour and demonstration of key features. Due to a late return, it wasn't completely cleaned. A water issue in the toilet made the carpet wet leading to the master bedroom. We expected satellite tv from the listing but there was infrastructure but no satellite. We did enjoy the heat and ac and the entertainment centre. On the whole, a satisfying experience.

The unit was as promised, worked well, was clean and spaciously held our family of 5. All of the basics were included. In comparison to other rentals, just ask ahead as perhaps slightly less of the one offs (campfire sticks, toaster, chairs, etc.) Lynn was easily able to answer these questions in advance so wasn't a problem for us. Great side perk was the offer for delivered firewood! Thanks again!

Jackie L.Jun 2021Delivered by hostThe owners were exceedingly nice and very easy to communicate with. Beautiful RV unit and very timely delivery. Overall a very positive experience and would rent again. However, a few things lacking, which we communicated to the owners and (we think) the feedback received positively. 1) Despite being at a serviced site with power and water, they neglected to hook up the water and thus we ran out of water halfway through the trip. Being complete RV newbies (that's why we rented, right?), we didn't realize we weren't hooked up properly and didn't know where the hose was stored on the unit. 2) The RV was meant to have the basics, which for me would have meant sufficient cutlery and plates for the total capacity of the RV (10 people), but there were only enough place settings for 4 people. Not a big deal and we could've packed for it, but we assumed that an RV rental is somewhat like an AirBNB and those pieces would be there. Again, overall a good experience. The gripes are minor, and if we had BORROWED the unit, would be complete non issues.
