Ken was great. Easy to communicate, very familiar with the towing process. Flexible and accommodating with his schedule to coincide with ours. Very punctual. No hesitation to rvezy with Ken again.

Ken was an excellent renter - very understanding when we had a fridge issue. He was a very cheerful individual and made the whole process easy for us! Hope he considers renting with us again.
