This rental was a one-of-a-kind experience for us we would say. It all started with requesting to come to our home to meet and see the camper before its pickup date which was a first request for us and we were nice to accept. After we took the time to show all ( 2-3 times), explained all to them with using the generator for heat and propane as they were taking the camper to a off site with no service, they still could not figure out the basics. We travelled twice 1 hour drive to go and help them and show them all, did not charge for propane tanks, gas needed for the camper usage. Our camper came back with the tank for the toilet plugged. We have decided to not charge them and take it as an experience as we have always put customer service first.
