About Michelle

Michelle and her family were generally great renters. When the unit had a tire problem during their trip it took me 2 and a half hours to get a mechanic to the roadside where they were stopped, have him repair the tire and get them on their way again. They were very patient and even helped with the repair. They used the camper appropriately and left it tidy. However through some miscommunication they apparently didn't understand that our camper is a non-smoking unit. The remediation was a huge undertaking and nearly cost us our next rental.
