Great RV rental!! This was our first experience A) in an RV and B)renting one and we would recommend it to anybody who asks. The RV was meticulously clean with enough supplies in the cupboard for us to get by for the entire week we rented. The queen bed my husband and I slept on was surprisingly comfortable! I didn’t expect such a good mattress in an RV to be honest. It’s a soft mattress though, so if you’re more of a hard mattress person, this wouldn’t be for you. Although we personally loved it. I was also super impressed with the AC, although it was loud, it doubled as a sound machine for our little one which was perfect, plus it kept the entire RV super cool our entire stay. The drop off and pick up were seamless, Josh + Candace were very helpful, did a run through with us on where we could find everything, showed us how to empty the tanks etc. The RV came with a massive outdoor mat/carpet thing which was extremely valuable once we realized how dirty our feet and shoes would get everyday in the campgrounds. Plus the RV came with an electric awning we could put in and out with the flip of a button, which made it super simple. Overall, like I said, we would absolutely recommend RV rentals and absolutely recommend this RV and would definitely rent it again if we ever decide to rent again! This is the first time renting a trailer - I was not told I needed to be present for the final inspection. You should always have back up keys for these sorts of situations. The trailer was delivered with some deficiencies which you were aware of. The kitchen door latch was broken and kept sticking and the cupboard door kept falling off. It was obvious you had tried to repair it. The running rug was filthy we put it outside and never used it. The pullout couch is unusable- it was covered in dog hair and a large gap between the cushions when we went to use it. Half the outlets did not work, the air conditioning unit was dirty and full of flies and the bathtub was not hooked up properly. You did attend to that by sending a repair technician to set up a T which we thank you for - albeit we used that for toiletries to store and our bags all got wet and some toilet paper. And there was no coffee maker which would have been nice to have and a few more cleaning supplies. I would not recommend your trailer until some of the issues are addressed and repaired.
