Trailer was roomy, filled our needs and had all the amenities as advertised. Katie communicated promptly and answered all of our questions right away. One negative, all the stands for stabilizing the RV were not touching the ground so the trailer was uneven and had excessive movement making it hard to sleep when someone was walking around.

Hello, I was so grateful to have this big trailer. There were a few hiccups but it was all fine in the end. The hot water did not work. I had a red seal furnace guy try to fix it but he couldn't. We had cold showers and went to my daughters for hot showers in Regina. We loved all the law chairs and mats. The outside fridge was amazing. Didn't use bbq or outside burners. One propane tank was empty and I think it has to do with the hot water tank. I ran out of water early. So just filled it again half way through. We didn't use bathroom except days of wedding. Katie was amazing at replying to my concerns. We couldn't find the one plug to convert to plugging into house power. I loved the big space thank you Katie!

Trailer pulls great behind our 1/2 ton. Really nice layout for kids. The outside bar fridge was a nice touch for our drinks. Power awning, power slides, AC and Fridge all worked great. I'd say that trailer could use a little TLC and fix its, otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The trailer was nice and accommodating but the trailer definitely could have been cleaner on arrival as the AC vents had alot of dust build up. Katie was very helpful with pickup and delivery.

When we went to pick up our trailer it wasn’t cleaned and when we returned it, we had to drive 30 minutes further than before. It was a nice size trailer and Katie was very easy to deal with.

Nice trailer, make sure to tell her to bring it filled with water if you decide to pay for the delivery and setup as ours came empty. Just dropped it off and left levelling it for us to take care of. Again not a big deal but still thought would have been taken care of with the $500 delivery fee. Luckily we were near family and we're able to fill it easily with water. Slight hickup with the water lines to deal with left us no hot water but she helped over the phone troubleshoot the solution. Friendly person, generally nice trailer over all. Would recommend for more experienced trailer renters.
